Tracking an Inquiry

VivaCell-MTS is glad to launch the new online system for tracking inquiries, which allows subscribers to check online the status of their inquiries addressed to the company.

Every time, when the subscriber addresses a question related to VivaCell-MTS services through one of our service centers or 111 hot line and time is required to solve the issue, the inquiry receives a special ID, which is sent to the subscriber via SMS. The subscriber can then visit “Tracking an Inquiry” page of VivaCell-MTS website, enter the ID and learn about the progress of inquiry solution. In addition, with the provided ID one can track an inquiry by visiting VivaCell-MTS service centers or by calling 111.
