Junior Eurovision 2008

The 6th Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place on November 22, 2008, in Lemesos, Cyprus. This year 13 year old Monika Manucharova will represent Armenia in the contest. The Junior Eurovision 2008 will be broadcast live on the Public TV of Armenia.

During the popular contest VivaCell-MTS subscribers have an opportunity to participate in voting for the best song.

In order to vote for the preferred song it is necessary to send an SMS with the number of the participant country to 7708 short number or call 0900990 in the end dialing the number of the participant country (e.g. 090099001). The terms, conditions and the voting period of the contest will be announced by moderators during the show.

Voting rules:

One cannot vote for the representative of his/her own country. These votes will not be counted
Votes sent out of the voting period will be considered invalid and will not be counted
SMS/calls in wrong format will be considered invalid and will not be counted
When voting by calling 0900990 the number of votes from the same number is unlimited
When voting by sending SMS to 7708 only the first 20 votes are counted
Voting is impossible while roaming

The price of one SMS sent to 7708 short number is AMD 270 (including VAT). The price of one call to 0900990 number is AMD 270 (including VAT). Both valid and invalid votes will be charged.
