Developing Management Culture is the guarantee for productivity of work and success

On October 28th VivaCell-MTS presented its vision of successful management and organizational culture in the frame of the first national conference “Talent Management”.

The “Talent Management” conference was organized by “Management Mix” consulting company, the legal successor of “CPS Caucasus” consulting company, under the patronage of the RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. VivaCell-MTS and ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank are the General Partners of the conference.

The conference brought together representatives from the private, governmental and educational sectors, who discussed various aspects of talent management, namely “Talent management based on competencies”, “Problems of talent management in civil service system”, “The role of higher education in terms of successful talent management”, “Relations and shortcomings of education and career market”, “Modern technologies of talent management”, etc.

The conference participants were given a chance to come up with a future action plan for the National Assembly, RA Government, universities, as well as international donor organizations.
