VivaCell-MTS informs starting November 1 the prepaid and the postpaid subscribers, except subscribers of “18+”, “1000 & 1 SMS” as well as “I Love…” tariff plans, can send MMS messages for AMD 25.

And the “YES”, “18+”, “1000 & 1 SMS” and “I Love…” tariff plans offer sending MMS messages at the following tariffs:
