VivaCell-MTS sponsors publishing a guide for success in business

Today VivaCell-MTS announced the end of the project management skills development educational program. Participants of the trainings organized in a number of universities of Armenia received certificates. One of the tangible results of the program is the publication of a project management guide.

 

Every initiative is a project. To properly calculate the possible challenges and to succeed, initiatives need efficiency in resource management, systemized approach, program implementation and supervision.

 

Obtaining basic knowledge in line with the challenges of our times and providing flexibility of management in business environment requires effort. To pass on the necessary skills to the people who need them, VivaCell-MTS and the Armenian Project Management Association initiated training courses in a number of Armenian universities. The program is now finished. The certified participants now can pass their knowledge to both the business world and all interested parties. The “Project Management Guide” published upon VivaCell-MTS sponsorship can serve as an additional support to increase the efficiency of the efforts.

 

“Estimation of risks and their minimization requires flexibility. Developing skills add on to the necessary experience and time – factors, which do not always suffice to achieve anticipated results. The newly published guide can serve as a source of advice for all those, who wish to discover the model of success. Specialists with relevant training will help in understanding the language of the guide faster and more efficiently,” said VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
