Eurovision 2014 song contest in Copenhagen

The biggest musical event of the year - the Eurovision Song Contest - will be held on May 6, 8 and 10 in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. This year Armenia will be represented by the popular performer Aram MP3.

During the pan-European song contest VivaCell-MTS subscribers will have an opportunity to vote for their preferred song. The contest consists of two semi-finals and a final. The semi-finals will be held on May 6 and 8 and the final will be held on May 10.

In order to vote for the preferred song you need to send an SMS with the number of the participant country to the 5001 short number or to call 0900990 dialing at the end the participant country number (e.g. 090099005). The terms, conditions and the voting time will be announced by the TV show hosts during the contest.

Voting rules

• Voting for one’s own country is prohibited.
• Voting for a song is allowed only in the stage Armenia participates in.
• Votes received before and/or after the announced voting time are considered invalid and are not counted.
• The maximum number of votes sent to 5001 short number from the same number is 20.
• The maximum number of votes given by calling 0900990 from the same number is 20.
• Votes in a format other than the required will be considered invalid and will not be counted.
• Subscribers in roaming cannot participate in the voting.

The price of one SMS sent to 5001 short number and one call to 0900990 phone number is AMD 270 (including VAT).

SMS will be charged regardless of the validity or invalidity of the vote.

The song contest will be broadcasted live on the Public TV of Armenia on May 6, 8 and 10.
