Note

This corporate tariff plan applies also to the persons and entities referred to by the primary subscriber to this tariff plan as its associate subscribers (e.g. employees, shareholders, affiliated persons, etc.), provided that the primary subscriber undertakes joint and several liability in the manner satisfactory to VivaCell-MTS for the complete repayment of the associate subscribers’ overdue debts. It shall be deemed that the primary subscriber is the agent of the associated subscribers acting in its own name but at the expense of the respective associated subscribers. However, VivaCell shall have no obligation to verify the relations between the primary subscriber and the associated subscribers. This plan applies also to group users in marzes, provided that the requirements related to the number of lines and to the guarantees for repayment of debts are met.
