If you are an associated subscriber, then in order to subscribe to “Tender 1” package you should apply to a nearby VivaCell-MTS service center with your passport. In case you are a non-associated subscriber, for subscription you need to refer to the authorized person of your corporate package.

The package can be used along with your current tariff plan, and the monthly fee of the package will be added to the debt for services provided by the current tariff plan. After the consumption of the services provided by the package, the price of services is calculated by tariffs set for your current tariff plan.

Commands

The embedded airtime, SMS and Internet balance as well as the cost of consumed services can be checked by calling 111 and following the voice prompts.

Notes

• The free on-net airtime and SMS cannot be used for making calls or sending SMS to premium/short numbers.
• The airtime, SMS sending and Internet provided by the tariff plan are not available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
• Services provided by corporate package can be consumed till the last day of the current month. In case the subscriber has not applied to VivaCell-MTS or to the authorized person of his/her corporate package for termination of the “Tender 1” package till the last day of the current month, the packages are automatically prolonged on the first day of the following month.
• VivaCell-MTS does not guarantee the provision of calls to MTS Russia in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported to another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
