•Viva-MTS bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period Internet services. The above mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva-MTS public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands. •Upon consuming the package provided by “BIT” service or upon the expiry of the validity period of the service the subscriber continues using the Internet for tariffs envisioned by his or her respective tariff plan.. •“BIT” service is available for 24 hours from the moment of activation. After consuming package the subscriber has an opportunity to reactivate the respective service.. •Other Internet packages cannot be activated when using “BIT”.. •In case of an activated internet-package, first the Internet provided by the “BIT” service is consumed, afterwards – the services embedded in the internet-package.. •In case the credit limit is not enough or has been reached, the “BIT” service automatic prolongation will be deactivated.. •The automatic prolongation of the “BIT” service is deactivated, if the card is inactive or suspended.. •The automatic prolongation of the “BIT” service is deactivated at the beginning of each month, when services, including the Internet, rendered within the postpaid tariff plan are updated.. •Service activation for another Viva-MTS subscriber shall be deemed as a transfer of the right to receive the appropriate service.. •For subscribers with activated “BIT” service with auto-prolongation, the service will be automatically prolonged upon the consumption of the 200 MB package or upon the expiry of the service validity period. In both cases the subscribers is notified by an SMS.. •It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during “BIT” service activation or auto-prolongation, as “BIT” service activation may fail because of technical issues. •The service cannot be used in roaming.
