“SOS” service gives an opportunity to always be informed about the account balance and the card validity period of your close prepaid subscribers, and recharge his account in case of such opportunity. Your close ones in their turn get an opportunity to always have a positive account balance.
To use the service you simply need to send a request mentioning the phone number of the prepaid subscriber, and the sum, reaching which, you want to be notified about.
The prepaid subscriber is notified that you wish to be informed about the account balance and validity period of his card and decides whether to confirm the request or not. The service is activated after the prepaid subscriber’s confirmation.
•In case of change of ownership the service is automatically deactivated.
•The request is considered unaccepted, if it was not confirmed within 24 hours after its receipt.
•To stop the sending of notifications after having confirmed the request, the prepaid subscriber needs to visit one of the VivaCell-MTS service centers with a personal ID. Equally the prepaid subscriber can contact our operators via the 111 hot line.
•The “SOS” service is not available for Internet tariff plan subscribers.
