To communicate with other Viva-MTS subscribers at more affordable conditions, one can activate the “Super 0 Daily”service, giving an opportunity to make unlimited on-net calls, or the “Super 0” service, which provides unlimited calls and an opportunity to send SMS within Viva-MTS network. The “Super Couple”service offers unlimitedcalls and Internet, including a daily 500 MB high-speed Internet package. You can activate the “+V&D” service within the framework of the tariff plan, and get 1000 on-net minutes and 2000 MB Internet.
To activate the service, you need to send the command *103*1#.
The activation price is AMD 900. The validity of the “+V&D” service is 10 days.
“Internet Night” service is not available to “Alo We” tariff plan subscribers.
“Super 0”, “Super 0 Daily” and “Super couple” services cannot be activated after the validity period of the mobile phone card expiration.
“Super 0” service can be activated only once per 30 days.
In case the subscriber does not deactivate the “Super 0”, “Super 0 Daily” or the “Super couple” services upon the expiration of the activity period and there are sufficient funds on the account the service is automatically prolonged.
After the activation of the “Super couple” service, in case there is airtime and/or Internet package on the account, the airtime and Internet provided by the “Super couple” service are consumed first; afterwards, the existing airtime and services provided by the Internet package are used, except the services provided by “Super BIT1”, as well as “Super 0” and “Super 0 Daily” packages.
Activity period of the “Super 0 Daily” and the “Super couple” services is 24 hours, starting from the moment of service activation.
In case the “Super 0”, “Super 0 Daily” or the “Super couple” services remain activated while in roaming the price of the calls is charged according to the tariffs set for roaming.
Before activating the “Super 0” service, make sure the card validity period is sufficient for the whole activity period of the service; otherwise, in case of the expiry of the card validity period, the service will be terminated.
The operator has the right to terminate the subscription to the previously purchased and never used SIM-cards that have not been activated within 12 months from the date of purchase. The termination will occur upon the end of the 12 months from the date of purchase of the SIM-card. The mentioned SIM-cards may be put up for sale in accordance with the procedure set by the Company.
