• Before subscribing to the tariff plan and getting a smartphone, the subscriber goes through the process of credit history check that can last up to 2 working days on average. • The cost defined in the contract is considered as fully paid by the subscriber in case all the equal payments provided by the contract period have been made. • From September 1, 2016, subscribers who have signed a subscription contract to any “STARTPHONE” tariff plan in case of contract termination before the end of the contract period, should pay a penalty that is counted by the following formula:
P = D * M + S Where: P: Penalty amount D: Device fee included in the monthly fee of the tariff plan M: The number of months (payments) remaining till the end of the contract period S: Unpaid monthly fee (fees) for the used month (months) in full.
• After the expiry of the contract period of any “STARTPHONE” tariff plan subscription, services continue to be provided on the terms of the “STARTPHONE EXTRA” tariff plan applicable at the time of the expiry of the contract period, in case by the date of contract expiration (inclusive) the subscriber did not submit an application for contract termination. You can get acquainted with the conditions of the “STARTPHONE EXTRA” tariff plan on VivaCell-MTS official website before the expiry of the contract period of your “STARTPHONE” tariff plan subscription. • Change of card subscriber within “STARTPHONE” tariff plan is not possible. • All prices include VAT.
