Registration fee is AMD 10 (including VAT).

Each participant of the program has a personal “Viva-MTS Bonus” account in “My Viva-MTS” app and on the “Internet Assistant” portal. Here you can check your bonus points and convert them right away.

If sufficient, the accumulated points can be converted in “My Viva-MTS” app and on “Internet Assistant” portal into any of the listed bonuses. In case of converting via USSD command the points can be exchanged only for the bonuses under number 1,3, 44,45 and number 49.

Notes 

• “Viva-MTS Bonus” program is available for prepaid subscribers.
• The accumulated points are kept after the card validity period expiration, but cannot be exchanged for bonuses until the card is recharged.
• One can accumulate bonus points and activate bonuses, but cannot use the active bonuses in roaming.
• In case of change of ownership, accumulated bonus points are cancelled.
• In case of switching from a prepaid tariff plan to a postpaid tariff plan, accumulated bonus points are cancelled.
• If sufficient, the accumulated points can be converted in “My Viva-MTS” app and on “Internet Assistant” portal into any of the listed bonuses. In case of converting via USSD command the points can be exchanged only for the bonuses under number 1,3,44,45 and 49.
