The “Fast” service allows subscribers of the “Viva 2500”, “Viva 3500”, “Viva 5500”, “Viva 7500”,“Viva 9500” and “X”, “Y” postpaid tariff plans to initiate switching to larger options of the “Viva”, as well as “X” and “Y” postpaid tariff plan via the mobile phone without visiting a service center.
After submitting the application your phone number is included in the corresponding list.
And in case the switching process is successfully completed, the switch to the “Viva 3500”, “Viva 5500”, “Viva 7500”, “Viva 9500”, “Viva 1500”, “X” or “Y” tariff plans is done on the last day of the current month.
The service is provided free of charge.
To terminate the application, one should simply enter the *198# menu and choose the termination command or simply send *198*0#.
Only subscribers in active status and without a guarantee deposit can use this service.

Viva-MTS bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva-MTS public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
The free on-net airtime and SMS cannot be used for making calls or sending SMS to premium/short numbers.
“SMS Package” and “Internet Package” services are not available for “X” tariff plan subscribers.
“BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super Couple”, “Super 0” services are not available for “X” tariff plan.
The airtime, SMS sending and Internet provided by the tariff plan, as well as the opportunity to use unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan without consuming the main internet package, are not available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
When making calls to Viva-MTS phone numbers, first the 3000-minute package is consumed, then the 10 000 minutes of on-net airtime provided by “X” tariff plan.
In the frames of this tariff plan in case of suspension or termination of the contract on any day of the month the monthly fee is charged fully.

Viva-MTS does not guarantee the provision of calls to MTS Russia in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported from another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
When calling to a Viva-MTS phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan.
Opening hyperlinks within unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan and along with their usage, data exchange with other Internet resources is possible; in that case the main Internet package MBs within the tariff plan is consumed. In case the main Internet package is consumed some services of the applications may be used partially. To use the main Internet package provided by the tariff plan properly we recommend that you control the balance of your MBs by sending *209#. This limitation does not pertain to “IMUSIC” service.
Upon consumption of the 20 GB Internet package, depending on the credit limit and on the guarantee deposit, a 500 MB daily Internet package is activated automatically at the tariff of AMD 100 per day.
Using content by “Netflix” requires paid subscription.
When using maps and making calls within “Snapchat” the Internet of the main package is consumed.
“+3GB” service is available within “X” tariff plan.
All prices include VAT.
Mobile cards with activated “X”, “Y”, or “Z” tariff plans
are not intended for use with modems or Wi-Fi devices. In case the card with the indicated
tariff plan is used in a modem, consumption of the Internet of the main package and limitations
in Internet access are possible when using Internet, as well as other unlimited services
embedded in the tariff plan.
In order to avoid unexpected charges, it is recommended to keep all the applications up to date. Not updated applications may consume the main Internet package, and some services of the applications may be used partially.
