"Virtual PBX" - a new service for Viva-MTS clients

We are glad to inform that Viva-MTS has added a new service "Virtual PBX" for numbers with a mobile prefix to the package of services for business. The service helps entrepreneurs to control all calls and reduce to zero the share of missed calls. Virtual PBX is connected in one working day, does not require capital investments and costs starting from just AMD 7 000 per month.
With the Virtual PBX Viva-MTS, the company’s numbers become multi-channeled, which means that customers will no longer hear “busy”. Instead of beeps, the PBX plays a greeting or offers a voice menu. If none of the operators can quickly answer the call, the service will apologize and ask to stay on the line. Customers who cannot wait will have the opportunity to record a message on the answering machine or order a callback from the queue.
To date, in the web interface in the Virtual PBX Viva-MTS there are several dozen functions for processing calls: setting up call routes and number schedules, forwarding, notifications of missed calls, integration with CRM, black list, callback widget from the site, etc.
The director has access to the history and statistics of calls – received, committed and missed. They can listen to the recording of any conversation to understand how well the managers serve customers.
For operational management of settings and round-the-clock access to the history and records of conversations, a mobile application of the Virtual PBX has already been released (available for download in the App Store and Google Play).
