“BIT” service can also be activated for your friends and close ones, who are Viva-MTS subscribers. To activate the service for 1 day period, send *777*phone number*1#. The price for the service is charged from the activating party.
•Viva-MTS bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of Internet services. The above mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva-MTS public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands. •Upon consuming the package provided by “BIT” service or upon the expiry of the validity period of the service the subscriber continues using the Internet for tariffs envisioned by his or her respective tariff plan. •When using “BIT” option the Internet is available for 24 hours from the moment of activation. After consuming package the subscriber has an opportunity to reactivate the respective service. •In case there are no enough funds on the account, the “BIT” service activation automatic prolongation will be deactivated. •“Super BIT”, “Super couple” and “Jan-jan” option 1 services cannot be activated in case of activated “BIT” service. Similarly, in case of activated “Super BIT”, “Super couple” and “Jan-jan” option 1 services the “BIT” service cannot be activated. • “BIT” service is not available to the “Business Control” tariff plan subscribers. •Service activation for another Viva-MTS subscriber shall be deemed as a transfer of the right to receive the appropriate service. •The automatic prolongation of the “BIT” service is deactivated, if the card is inactive or suspended. •For subscribers with activated “BIT” service with auto-prolongation, the service will be automatically prolonged upon the consumption of the 200 MB package or upon the expiry of the service validity period. In both cases the subscribers is notified by an SMS. •It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during “BIT” service activation or auto-prolongation, as “BIT” service activation may fail because of technical issues. •The service cannot be used in roaming. •The service “BIT” is available for subscribers to “Viva”, “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “YES”, “Alo We”, “Dialect” prepaid tariff plans.
•The automatic prolongation of the service “BIT” is available for subscribers to “YES”, “Alo We”, “Dialect” prepaid tariff plans.
