Another group of graduates of “VivaStart” program received their certificates for successful completion of the program in August. During the two-month period, 25 students gained professional theoretical knowledge in sales and customer service. Within the same period, students were provided with the opportunity to turn their knowledge into practical skills through work with customers in the service centers operating in different regions.
“VivaStart” educational program has been conducted since 2015. In general, around 150 students have gained profound knowledge and practical skills in the scope of “VivaStart” educational program. The program participants have developed effective communication skills with customers, studied the products and services offered by the company, and started to master the marketing and retailing tools for offering them.
“VivaStart” is unique in the sense that it involves both young people living in the capital and in the regions.

During the meeting with Ralph Yirikian, “VivaStart” alumni shared their impressions, knowledge and experience gained from the program.
Another 30 students will join “VivaStart” educational program in November-December.
