“Fast” service: switch to bigger postpaid tariff plan with a USSD command

We are glad to inform that the “Fast” service designed for switching to a bigger tariff plan with a USSD command is now also available to “X” and “Y” postpaid subscribers.

Moreover, now the subscribers of “X”, “Y”, and “Viva” postpaid tariff plans have an opportunity to switch to a bigger option of “X”, “Y”, or “Viva”.

For that one simply needs to apply for switching by dialing the *198# command on mobile phone, and follow the prompts.

To mention, the switch can also be initiated directly, by sending the command of the preferable option:

Switching to the preferable option is done on the first day of the next month, and the debt, if any, within the current contract, is transferred to the new contract.

The switching can be terminated till 17:00 of the last day of the current month by sending *198*0#.

The service is available only in active status. The service is provided free of charge.
