Kindly be informed that VivaCell-MTS represented by Assets Committee and Purchasing Unit organizes open request for quotations on sale of exploited assets of the Company. The sale of assets will be carried out in accordance with the adopted procedure.
Applicants should visit warehouse to examine the assets and to decide on the purchase of lots they are interested in. After making decision on the purchase of assets, the Applicant and Warehouse Representative fill in and sign the contract on the purchase and sale of assets on the spot. The Applicant should provide the copy of his passport or ID card. Warehouse Representative, in his turn, prepares corresponding sales document in the accounting software, based on which Accounting Unit later generates an invoice.
The Applicant makes the payment for the assets he/she is buying through the MobiDram payment terminal located at the warehouse premises. Based on the signed contract and the payment receipt Warehouse Representative provides the sold assets to the Applicant immediately or within few hours, but mandatory within the same day.
Warehouse Representative prints out the sales document from the accounting software and signs it together with the Applicant as an assets handover act. The Applicant is responsible for the organization of the bought assets take over and transportation within the same day.
