Pursuant to the decision N261Ն dated 21.06.2017 of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission, detailed bills on incoming and outgoing calls and SMS (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) are provided by VivaCell-MTS according to the following order:
For the purpose of receiving the detailed bill on the delivered Services, the subscriber can submit a request online through the Company’s “Internet Assistant” self-care portal or mobile application, or submit the request in personal at any of VivaCell-MTS service centers.
Based on the subscriber’s request, VivaCell-MTS provides detailed bill only on the Services which were billed and generated fee for the customer.
VivaCell-MTS does not provide detailed bill on the delivered Services which were not billed and did not generate fee for the customer.
Detailed bills on the delivered Services include telephone numbers, the date of Services delivered, hours, minutes, seconds, durations of calls, the cost of consumed Internet, cost of Services.
Detailed bills are provided in hard and (or) soft copies.
The fee for provision of detailed bill on the Services delivered per each request is AMD 100.
