The service allows seeing the interlocutor on the mobile phone screen while talking over the phone. You can use the service within the whole territory of VivaCell-MTS 3G coverage.

To make a videcall both the caller and the called party should have mobile phones supporting videocall and should be under the 3G coverage.

The fee for "Videocall" is charged according to the regular call tariffs based on the subscriber’s current tariff plan.
