Changes in the “Viva Armenia” CJSC’s Service provision terms as well as presentation of the procedure for review of subscribers’ complaints in cases of interruption or degradation in the quality of services

“Viva Armenia” CJSC informs that based on the Decision No 382-N of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission dated 19.11.2025, changes in “Viva Armenia” CJSC’s General Terms of Provisioning Mobile Electronic Communication Services and General Terms of Provisioning of Data Transmission, Fixed Telephony and Internet Access Services over Fixed Network will enter into effect on 1 July 2026. The currently acting Terms and Conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions with the changes entering into effect on the abovementioned date are available on the official website of “Viva Armenia” CJSC in Legal Information. The amendments and additions made to the Terms relate to the procedure for publishing the terms of provision of public electronic communications services and the description of the maximum and minimum speeds of broadband Internet access service data flow.

At the same time, in implementation of the above-mentioned decision of the PSRC, on July 1, 2026, the Procedure for review of subscribers’ complaints and provision of compensation in cases of interruption or degradation in the quality of public electronic communications services will enter into force.
