“My Song” service: your favorite song wherever you want.
Order your favorite song for you or for your friends, and it will be played anywhere for all those being there at that moment.
If you are a Viva-MTS subscriber and have an account in mobile application “IMUSIC”, then you can order your favorite song from the suggested playlists, using the application “IMUSIC”, and it will soon be played in the mentioned place. In the same way, you can order a song for your friends or loved ones wherever they are.
How? As simple as it can be! Go the section “Pages” of the application “IMUSIC” and, clicking on the button “My Song” from the list of partners, select your favorite song. Once you select a song, you see the playback location, queue, and a “Dedicate the song to another person” button.
In case of dedicating a song to a friend or a loved one, after selecting the song and the branch it will played at, you will need to click the “Submit” button, enter the recipient’s name in the respective fields and select a text for the recipient from templates, or enter own text. The song may be dedicated to a subscriber of another RA operator, as well. The subscriber will a notification about the song.
In case you sign in with another account (email, Apple ID, etc.), you will need to enter your Viva-MTS mobile number in the respective field.
The payment for the service is made through the mobile application “IMUSIC”, by clicking on the button "Pay Now" in the appropriate field which appears after selecting the song. The amount is charged from the balance of the mobile phone number provided by creating an account in the application.
The fee for a song selected from Viva-MTS playlist to be played at Viva-MTS service center, is AMD 1 The payment for the song is charged after the song has been played.
The fee for a song selected from other companies’ playlists to be played in the given organization, is AMD 100. The payment for the song is charged after the song has been played.
How to use the app?
Using the application is simple and very convenient. You just need to:
Activate the service by entering your mobile phone number;
Enter the confirmation code received in an SMS to complete the activation.
After downloading you can use the application as a guest or as user.
To become a user, you can create your personal profile by using your mobile phone number, continuing with your “Facebook”, “Apple ID” or “Google” accounts, or by creating a profile right in the “IMUSIC” by entering your email address and password.
When using the application, the Internet is charged based on the tariffs set by the subscriber’s current tariff plan (except for prepaid “X”, “Y”, “Z”,“START” and postpaid “X”, “Y” tariff plans, in which case the MBs of the Internet packages are not consumed while listening to music with “IMUSIC” application, if the subscriber is logged in to his or her “IMUSIC” account with his mobile phone number and has active packages within the tariff plan).
When in roaming the Internet is charged based on the tariffs set for the data exchange service in roaming.
