• The offer is valid from 10.09.2026 to 31.03.2027 (inclusive).
• The offer is available to subscribers of "START", "START+", "Sun", "Sun Regional", "UNLIM", "UNLIM Basic", "X", "Y", "VOXI" prepaid and "UNLIM", "UNLIM Basic", "X", "Y" postpaid tariff plans.
• The offer can be used in case of being a subscriber to one of the abovementioned Viva tariff plans at the time of opening the card at Amio Bank.
• The offer is available to RA resident individual subscribers of Viva's "START", "START+", "Sun", "Sun Regional", "UNLIM", "UNLIM Basic", "X", "Y", "VOXI" prepaid and "UNLIM", "UNLIM Basic", "X", "Y" postpaid tariff plans, who have received an Amio Bank Mastercard digital card by accessing the bank's web platform from the "My Viva" mobile application in the period between 10.09.2026 and 31.03.2027.
• Each subscriber can order only one card within the scope of the promotion.
• The monthly payment of the tariff plan is made by the bank no more than once within 30 days. This payment can be either the collection of the planned monthly fee, or the change of the prepaid tariff plan, or the reactivation of packages.
• A subscriber participating in the offer can change his/her tariff plan within its scope and continue to use the offer, if the selected tariff plan is included in the offer.
• Transactions made via non-cash POS and VPOS methods are eligible for the free Mastercard digital card offer by Amio Bank. Exceptions are cash withdrawals from ATMs and POS terminals, electronic wallet replenishment, betting/gambling transactions, non-cash transfers, account-to-account transfers, utility payments, financial services payment transactions (including loan repayment, deposit replenishment, etc.). • In case of failure to meet the free service condition as of the day preceding the 30-day activation/monthly fee charging of the tariff plan, the validity period of the tariff plan is extended on a paid basis for the given 30 days/1 month, and in case of meeting the condition as of the day preceding the next extension date, the tariff plan is extended again free of charge. This logic applies until the end of the offer period.
• Transactions are checked during the day preceding the tariff plan renewal, by reviewing transactions for the 30 days preceding that day.
• The basis for calculating the number of transactions is the transactions made and settled/accounted for during the offer period.
• The terms of the offer do not apply if the transactions made with the card were canceled or the participant ceased to be a Viva subscriber during the offer period after opening the card.
• The terms of the offer do not apply if the participant has closed the card and account acquired within the scope of the offer and reopened them during the offer period.
• The terms of the offer do not apply if there is an outstanding debt within the scope of the “Recharge+” service.
• Offer terms do not apply if the phone number has been suspended.
• The offer may be terminated during the specified period upon 3 business days' prior notice. Subscribers who received a card under the offer prior to the termination date will continue to benefit from the offer until 31.03.2027 (inclusive).
• The offer is not available if Amio Bank Mastercard digital card was issued before the promotion start.
