Each member has their own prepaid account: it’s the perfect way to bring your loved ones together while keeping billing separate and simple.

Internet After consumption of the embedded Internet package, a 500 MB additional package is automatically activated upon the availability of at least AMD 100 on the subscriber’s account balance.
In case less than AMD 100 remains on the account balance, the use of Internet is blocked.
“BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super couple” services providing a daily Internet package are available:

* A switching request is sent to the main subscriber of the “RED” tariff plan, and upon their approval, the “RED Family” tariff plan is activated immediately.

** The switch is made immediately without the need for main subscriber’s approval. There is no recalculation of the prepayment.

*** In this case, the “RED Family” subscription is immediately suspended, embedded packages provided within the tariff plan are nullified, there is no recalculation of the prepayment.


How to switch to the tariff plan
  • If you are subscribed to “Viva”, “YES”, “GO”, “Alo We”, “Dialect”, “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “START+”, “UNLIM” or “UNLIM Basic”

Send the command *410*main subscriber’s phone number*tariff plan price# and wait for confirmation from the primary “RED” subscriber.

  • If you are subscribed to other operator’s network

You can quickly and free of charge switch to Viva network preserving your phone number, then activate the “RED Family” tariff plan with the relevant command.

To join to Viva network, fill out an online application or visit a nearby service center with your passport or ID card. Our employees will take care of the rest.

Notes
  • To join the “RED Family” tariff plan, a request is sent to the main subscriber of the “RED” tariff plan and only upon their approval is the connection to the tariff plan possible.
  • The main subscriber of the “RED” tariff plan can confirm the application within 24 hours. If the application is not confirmed by the main subscriber during this period, it is cancelled, and the subscriber who sent the application continues to use their current tariff plan.
  • Up to 3 subscribers can join the “RED Family” tariff plan, after which the submitted applications are automatically rejected.
  • The main subscriber of the “RED” tariff plan has the right to remove subscribers of the “RED Family” tariff plan at any time. In case of suspension of the “RED” tariff plan services or removal by the main subscriber, the subscription to the “RED Family” tariff plan is terminated on the day of reactivation, after which the subscriber is automatically switched to the previous tariff plan. If the transition to the previous tariff plan is not possible (for example, due to archiving of the tariff plan), a transition to the “START+” tariff plan occurs. Details of all tariff plans are available on the official Viva website.
  • Payments for the “RED Family” tariff plan are charged separately from each subscriber’s account. The main subscriber of the “RED” tariff plan is not responsible for the accounts of subscribers of the “RED Family” tariff plan.
  • Viva bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
  • Switching between the “RED Family” tariff plan options is also possible.  Other tariff plan subscribers should apply to a Viva service center with a passport or ID card in order to switch to the tariff plan.
    • If the mobile card validity period expires during the activity period of “RED Family” tariff plan option, the services within packages provided by the tariff plan are suspended until the account is recharged, otherwise, they are terminated.
    • It is possible to activate “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super Couple” services only in case of not having active packages provided within the tariff plan.
    • The “BIT” service is available to third party subscribers of the prepaid “RED Family” tariff plan with no active package.
    • It is recommended to activate the “Super 0 Daily” service only if you do not have active packages provided by the tariff plan. In case of having active packages provided by the tariff plan and activating the “Super 0 Daily” service, the minutes included in the tariff plan are consumed first, and then – the service minutes.
      • Services provided by “RED Family” tariff plan are nullified after the expiration of the 30-day validity period, and the opportunity to use unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan without consuming the main internet package is blocked.
      • The airtime provided within the tariff plan, the ability to send SMS and to use the specified applications without consuming Internet are not available in roaming. After returning to the Republic of Armenia, if the validity period of the current version of the tariff plan has not expired, the packages are automatically extended; if the period has expired, they are reactivated if there are sufficient funds on the account.
      • The packages provided by the “RED Family” tariff plan can be used within 30 days from the moment of activation. The packages of the current tariff plan can be reactivated before the expiration date by dialing *410*4#. In this case, the validity period is 30 days from the moment of activation of the new packages.
        • When making on-net calls, the on-net airtime provided by the “RED Family” tariff plan is consumed first, then – the airtime package of 10 000 on-net minutes.
        • If the packages provided within the “RED Family” tariff plan are not activated after the 30-day validity period expires, the subscriber can activate the “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super Couple” services, which provide daily Internet packages, to use the internet.
        • In case there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s account after the expiration of the validity period of the packages provided by “RED Family” tariff plan, the activation fee is charged, and the activation of packages is automatically prolonged, otherwise, the service is deactivated, and the subscriber continues using services at the tariffs set for the tariff plan. The activation of the packages is automatically prolonged once there are sufficient funds on the account.
        • It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during activation or auto-prolongation of the packages provided by “RED Family” tariff plans, as the activation may fail because of technical issues.
        • In case of sufficient funds on the account balance, the packages of services within the tariff plan “START” are considered as activated only after receiving a notifying SMS.
        • Direct calls to MTS Russia can be made to phone numbers starting with the following codes: MTS Russia: +791, +798, +79780, +79781, +79782, +79787, +79788, +7495, +7499, +790835.
        • Viva does not guarantee the provision of calls to “MTS Russia” in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported from another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
        • When calling to a Viva phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan.
        • To replenish the amount of balance insufficient on your account and to activate the main and additional packages within “RED Family” prepaid tariff plan, the subscriber can use “Recharge+” service.
        • Note: it is possible to subscribe to the tariff plan even without active packages. When recharging the account for the price of the tariff plan, the included packages will be automatically activated for 30 days.
          • Mobile cards with activated “RED Family” tariff plan are not intended for use with modems, Wi-Fi devices, or in phones, which are used as Wi-Fi devices. In case the card with the indicated tariff plan is used in a modem, or the phone, it is installed in, is used as a Wi-Fi device, limitations in Internet access are possible when using Internet.
          • “+100 minutes” and “+300 minutes” services are available to subscribers of “RED Family” tariff plan with active packages.
          • “+3GB”, “+10GB”, “+20GB”, “+Premium”, “+Unlim”, “+Unlim for 3 hours” services, as well as exchanging on-net minutes to megabytes are available within the “RED Family” tariff plan.
          • The “Restart” service is available to subscribers of “RED Family” tariff plans. The service allows reactivating the provided packages before the end of the 30-day period of the current tariff plan by dialing the command *410*5#. The validity period does not change, only the packages are reactivated.
