How to subscribe to the service?
You can connect the service in the following ways:
by going to the https://mycook.mts.am portal, where the service activation page will open with a description of the conditions for its provision. To activate, click the button “Subscribe”;
by sending an SMS with the text “1” to the short number 1016.
The subscription fee is 65 AMD/day. Upon the end of the 2-day trial period, the paid version gets activated automatically.
How to unsubscribe?
You can unsubscribe from the service the following ways:
by going to the https://mycook.mts.am portal, under your profile page it is required to click the button “Deactivate”;
by sending an SMS request with the text “STOP” to the short number 1016.
The service is available to prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Viva-MTS.
A simple way to pay right from the mobile account balance of the subscriber (for prepaid) or together with the monthly fee (for postpaid) is available.
The service is only available for devices running on “Android” and “iOS” operating systems.
Upon the end of the trial period, the service is activated and the fee is charged automatically.
The subscription fee is charged once a day. In the case of an active subscription, there is no extra charge for unsubscribing and re-subscribing to the service within the same day.
Internet connection is required to use the application; AMD 0 pricing is applicable for the Internet consumed when using the “myCook” application.
There is no extra charge for SMS sent to 1016 short number.
The fees for outgoing SMS and Internet in roaming are charged according to the tariff set for the given destination.
All prices include VAT.
