Repair and Service

As a customer-oriented company, Viva-MTS (“MTS Armenia” CJSC) is willing and consistent in providing proper and timely feedback to observations, complaints and suggestions received from subscribers.

Subscribers may refer to Viva-MTS with any issue by calling the 24/7 hot line number, via social networks, talking to the operator online, sending an e-mail or a printed letter or by visiting one of the Company’s service centers.

To submit a written application the subscriber needs to visit the headquarters of the Company or the nearest service center presenting an ID. Our employees will readily provide the necessary support for filling in the application form.

After the completion of the corresponding registration procedure the subscriber is given a serial number, through which he/she can follow on the status of the application.


111 hot line

With Viva-MTS round-the-clock hot line you can get an answer to any question related to the services provided by the Company. You can address the questions in the way most convenient to you, as the 111 hot line is available via three different channels:


Phone
You can contact our operators by dialing 111 from Viva-MTS numbers. From other phone numbers dial 093 297111 (or +374 93 297111, when calling from abroad).

Online
By entering the “111 Online” page on the “Internet Assistant” self-care portal you can chat with Viva-MTS operators online.

E-mail
You can also write to 111@mts.am e-mail address and our operators will promptly answer all your questions.


By the way, should you like to, queries can also be sent via info@mts.am e-mail address.

Questions related to the services provided by Viva-MTS and its activities can be asked on the Facebook and Twitter official pages of the Company.

Tracking an Inquiry

Check the status of your inquiry by calling to 111 round-the-clock hot line, visiting the nearest to you service center, via “Internet Assistant” self-care portal.


The response to written application is given within 15 working days starting from the day of receiving the application at the reception of the Company.
