As a customer-oriented company, Viva-MTS (“MTS Armenia” CJSC) is willing and consistent in providing proper and timely feedback to observations, complaints and suggestions received from subscribers.
Subscribers may refer to Viva-MTS with any issue by calling the 24/7 hot line number, via social networks, talking to the operator online, sending an e-mail or a printed letter or by visiting one of the Company’s service centers.
To submit a written application the subscriber needs to visit the headquarters of the Company or the nearest service center presenting an ID. Our employees will readily provide the necessary support for filling in the application form.
After the completion of the corresponding registration procedure the subscriber is given a serial number, through which he/she can follow on the status of the application.

Online By entering the “111 Online” page on the “Internet Assistant” self-care portal you can chat with Viva-MTS operators online.
