•Viva-MTS bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period Internet services. The
above mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva-MTS public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving
the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering
the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the
validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands. •Upon consuming the package provided by “Super BIT” service or upon the expiry of the validity period of the service the subscriber
continues using the Internet for tariffs envisioned by his or her respective tariff plan. •When using
“Super BIT” option the internet package is available for 24 hours from the moment of activation. •In case there are
no enough funds on the account, the “Super BIT” service activation automatic prolongation will be deactivated. •“BIT”, “Super couple” and “Jan-
jan” option 1 services cannot be activated in case of activated “Super BIT” service. Similarly, in case of activated “BIT”, “Super couple” and “Jan-
jan” option 1 services the “Super BIT” service cannot be activated. •“Super BIT” cannot be used in roaming. •The automatic prolongation of the “Super BIT” service
is deactivated, if the card is inactive or suspended. •For subscribers with activated “Super BIT” service with auto-prolongation, the service will be automatically prolonged upon the consumption of the 500
MB package or upon the expiry of the service validity period. In both
cases the subscribers аре notified by an SMS. •It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during “Super BIT” service activation or auto-prolongation, as “Super BIT” service
activation may fail because of technical issues. •The service cannot be used in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
•The “Super BIT” service is available for subscribers to prepaid tariff plans “Viva”, “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “GO”, “YES”, “Alo we”, “Dialect”, as well as the subscribers of the prepaid tariff plan “UNLIM” in the case of not having active packages.
•The automatic prolongation of the service “Super BIT” is available for subscribers to “GO”,
“YES”, “Alo We”, “Dialect” prepaid tariff plans.
