“Call Forwarding” (CF) enables you to forward incoming calls to another number. With this service you won't miss important calls any more, even if:
•Your phone line is busy •Your phone is switched off or is out of coverage •You do not answer the call for a certain period of time
“Call Forwarding” can be set both for all calls and for particular types of calls, such as:
•Voice •Fax •Data transmission •Videocall
To forward calls, select Settings > Call settings > Call divert from your handset menu, and choose the forwarding type.
“Call Forwarding” can also be activated or cancelled through the "Internet Assistant" portal or by dialing the corresponding command from your phone.

•Calls can be forwarded to the numbers of RA mobile and fixed networks. The payment for forwarded calls in charged in accordance with the tariffs set by the current tariff plan of the subscriber. •Depending on the model of your handset, the activation may differ from the way mentioned above. In such cases you can refer to your handset manual. •Some phone models do not support the “Call Forwarding” service.
