VivaCell-MTS subscribers can check their accounts, learn about the embedded airtime, Internet and SMS packages by sending the corresponding request or calling the corresponding short number and following the voice prompts:
For prepaid subscribers
Checking the account balance and validity period of the card
Checking the unused MBs and validity period of the Internet package
Checking the unused SMS and validity period of the SMS package
For postpaid subscribers
Checking the cost of the used services
Checking the current Internet package and the cost of Internet used
Checking the unused SMS of the SMS package
Checking the embedded / free airtime
The card balance can also be checked through the “Internet Assistant” self-care portal.
