The remaining airtime after the conversion should be at least 500 minutes.
The prepaid subscribers can use the converted MBs till the expiration of the packages provided by “Viva” tariff plans.
In case one of the packages is consumed before the expiration of the validity period, one can reactivate the packages of the current tariff plan by dialing *161*4#: in case of reactivation the remaining packages, as well as the converted MBs are zeroed and new packages are activated with a validity period of 30 days.
Converted MBs are not available in roaming.
In case of consuming the Internet package provided by the tariff plan, activate the “BIT Flex” service once by sending *779*1#, and the “BIT1” service providing daily 200 MB Internet will be automatically activated for you.
In case of sufficient funds on your account balance, the packages of services within the tariff plan are considered as activated only after receiving a notifying SMS.

VivaCell-MTS bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of VivaCell-MTS public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
If the mobile card validity period expires during the activity period of a “Viva” tariff plan option, the services within packages provided by the tariff plan are suspended until the account is recharged, otherwise, they are terminated.
In case of an activated Internet package (for example “BIT”), first the Internet provided by the package is consumed, and then the Internet-package provided by “Viva” tariff plan.
Services provided by “Viva” tariff plan are nullified after the expiration of the option validity period.
The airtime, SMS sending and Internet provided by the tariff plan are not automatically prolonged or available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
The validity period of the mobile card activated for the first time is 105 days.
Packages provided by “Viva” tariff plans can be used within 30 days after the activation. In case one of the packages is consumed before the expiration of the activity period, one can reactivate the packages of the current tariff plan by dialing *161*4#: in case of reactivation, the activity period of the new packages is 30 days from the moment of activation.
In case there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s account after the expiration of the validity period of the packages provided by “Viva” tariff plan, the activation fee is charged, and the activation of packages is automatically prolonged, otherwise, the service is deactivated, and the subscriber continues using services at the tariffs set for the tariff plan. The activation of the packages is automatically prolonged once there are sufficient funds on the account.
It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during activation or auto-prolongation of the packages provided by “Viva” tariff plans, as the activation may fail because of technical issues.
