During the 18-month subscription, the “TP-Link M7000 LTE Hotspot” router is provided for free. A mandatory guarantee deposit of AMD 3000 is charged upon subscription, which is credited in the 12th month.
In case of a termless subscription, the guarantee deposit is not charged. An additional guarantee deposit is also charged if the subscriber wishes to set a current account limit for using additional services. The guarantee deposit amount is determined by the selected limit.
Device provisioning terms
Throughout the mandatory subscription period, ownership of the device belongs to the operator. The right of ownership for devices is transferred to the subscriber upon expiry of 18 (eighteen) months of mandatory subscription or on the moment the price of the modem is paid in full. In case of termination of subscription before the expiry of the defined period the subscriber shall pay the price of the device to the operator on the following terms:

*The Internet package provided by the tariff plan can be used from the moment of activation until the last day of the current month. The day of reactivation of the package is calculated from the first day of the next month.

Subscribers can check their used Internet traffic via “My Viva” mobile app or by sending the word traffic to the short number 2030. Download “My Viva” application on Play Store / App Store

Notes
- Within the termless subscription to this tariff plan, in case of suspension or termination of the contract on any day of the month the monthly fee is charged only for the days preceding the suspension/termination as well as the day of suspension/termination.
- The tariff plan is not available in roaming.
- The guarantee deposit is reimbursed during the 12th month in case of an 18-month subscription, and is not charged in case of termless subscription.
- Within the framework of the “UNLIM START” tariff plan, services are provided on the condition of bona fide use, namely, a 200 GB Internet package is provided each month at a maximum available speed of 50 Mbps, after which the Internet speed decreases to 512 Kbit/s.
- In the frames of this tariff plan in case of suspension or termination of the contract before the end of the subscription period the device fee is charged in full independent of number of months of usage.
- All prices include VAT.
- For subscription with the free modem option, as well as for termless subscriptions, the fee is charged only for the days of rendered services.
