+Premium

The service is available for the subscribers of postpaid and prepaid “Viva”, “X”, “Y” and also prepaid “Z”, “START”, “START+”, “Sun” , “Sun Regional” and “VOXI” tariff plans with active packages.

The service is available for prepaid subscribers within 30-day validity period of the tariff plan packages; for postpaid subscribers it is available till end of current month.

There is no restriction in the number for “+Premium” service activations. The subscriber can activate as many times as needed.

In case of activated “+Premium” service, the MBs of the main as well as additional Internet packages are not consumed when using the “Yandex Music”, “Kinopoisk” and “Yandex GO” apps within the “Yandex Plus”.  

Within 30-day validity period of the tariff plan packages for prepaid subscribers and till end of current month for postpaid subscribers, the “+Premium” service can be reactivated, if embedded internet package is consumed.

Within 30-day validity period of the tariff plan packages for prepaid subscribers and till end of current month for postpaid subscribers, the “+Premium” service can be reactivated also when the remaining Internet balance is less than 100 MBs: in this case the remaining Internet is zeroed.

The subscriber has an opportunity to activate “+3GB”, “+10GB”, “+20GB” or “+Premium service, in case the balance of Internet following the last activation of either “+3GB”, “+10GB”, “+20GB” “+Premium” service is less than 100MBs. The Internet remaining on the balance after the previous activation is zeroed upon the new activation.

In case of reactivating the packages of prepaid tariff plans before the expiration of the 30-day period the “+Premium” service will not be terminated, and the service validity period will remain as before.

In case of using unlimited messengers and applications provided within “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “START+”, “Sun” and “Sun Regional” tariff plans, the “+Premium” service embedded MBs are not consumed.

In case of activating the “+Premium” service and switching between “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “START+”, “Sun” and “Sun Regional” tariff plans before the expiration of the main – 30-day – period of the “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “START+”, “Sun” and “Sun Regional” tariff plans when using the unlimited messengers and applications within the previous tariff plan the MBs of the “+Premium” service embedded internet package are not consumed.

In case of insufficient funds on the account balance when activating the service the prepaid subscribers can use “Recharge+” service.

For postpaid subscribers, the service can be activated if the limit and the deposit are sufficient for activation.

In case of active daily Internet package (e. g. “BIT”) the subscriber first consumes the services provided by that package, then consumes the Internet package provided by tariff plans, and only then-the internet package of activated “+Premium” service.

In case of reactivating the packages within the current tariff plan before the expiry of their validity period, the “+Premium” service remains active till the end of its activity period.

In case of automatic prolongation of the packages within the prepaid tariff plan, the “+Premium” service is deactivated.

Parallel to using the embedded unlimited embeddings within Yandex Plus provided by the service, data exchange with other Internet resources is possible, which may result in the usage of the MBs from the main Internet package; in case the main Internet package is consumed degradation of some of the apps’ services is possible.

In order to avoid unexpected charges, it is recommended to keep all the applications up to date. Not updated applications may consume the main Internet package, and some services of the applications may be used partially.

Activation of the “Yandex Plus” service is required via “My Viva” application only at the first activation of services.

Validity period of active the “Yandex Plus” subscription is 30 calendar days for both prepaid and postpaid subscriptions

5% cashback for trips with “Yandex GO” are available when using “Comfort”, “Comfort+” and “Business”.

“+Premium” service is not available in roaming.
