Checking the status of the service and the volume of the consumed Internet
Subscribers of “X”, “Y”, “Z” and “Viva” prepaid and postpaid tariff plans, having active packages, can add 3GB Internet to the main package of their tariff plan by sending *888*1# command or by calling 111 and following the voice prompts.
The “+3GB” service is available for prepaid subscribers within 30 day validity period of the tariff plan packages; for postpaid subscribers it is available till end of current month.
There is no restriction in the number for “+3GB” service activations. The subscriber can activate as many times as needed.
Within 30 day validity period of the tariff plan packages for prepaid subscribers and till end of current month for postpaid subscribers, the “+3GB” package can be reactivated, if consumed.
Within 30 day validity period of the tariff plan packages for prepaid subscribers and till end of current month for postpaid subscribers, the “+3GB” package can be reactivated also when the remaining Internet balance is less than 50 MBs: in this case the remaining Internet is zeroed.
The subscriber has an opportunity to activate “+3GB” or “+10GB” service, in case the balance of Internet following the last activation of either “+3GB” or “+10GB” service is less than 50MBs. The Internet remaining on the balance after the previous activation is zeroed upon the new activation.
In case of reactivating the packages of prepaid tariff plans before the expiration of the 30-day period the “+3GB” service will not be terminated, and the service validity period will remain as before.
In case of using unlimited messengers and applications provided within “X”, “Y” and “Z” tariff plans, the “+3GB” service MBs are not consumed.
In case of activating the “+3GB” service and switching between “X”, “Y” and “Z” tariff plans before the expiration of the main – 30-day – period of the “X”, “Y” and “Z” tariff plans when using the unlimited messengers and applications within the previous tariff plan the MBs of the “+3GB” service are not consumed.
In case of insufficient funds on the account balance when activating the “+3GB” Internet package the prepaid subscribers can use “Recharge+” service.
In case of active daily Internet package (e. g. “BIT”) the subscriber first consumes the services provided by that package, then consumes the Internet package provided by tariff plans, and only then-the activated “+3GB” Internet package.
For postpaid subscribers the service can be activated if the limit and the guarantee deposit are sufficient for activation.
Viva-MTS bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva-MTS public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the Operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
