The service is available for the subscribers of prepaid and postpaid “Viva” and “Y” as well as prepaid “Z” and “START” tariff planswith active packages.
The service is available within 30 day validity period of the tariff plan packages for prepaid subscribers and till end of current month for postpaid subscribers.
The service status can be checked by dialing *405#.
In case of insufficient funds on the account balance to activate the service the prepaid subscribers can use the “Recharge+” service.
For postpaid subscribers, the service can be activated if the limit and the deposit are sufficient for activation.
Upon the end of the validity period of the service the consumed Internet for using the mentioned apps is charged based on the tariffs set for the tariff plan.
In case of activated “+Video” service, the MBs of the main as well as additional Internet packages are not consumed when using the unlimited apps within the “+Video” service.
In case of switching to another tariff plan within the “+Video” service activity period, the service remains active till the end of its activity period.
In case of reactivating the packages within the current tariff plan before the expiry of their validity period, the “+Video” service remains active till the end of its activity period.
Parallel to using the embedded unlimited services provided by the service, data exchange with other Internet resources is possible, which may result in the usage of the MBs from the main Internet package; in case the main Internet package is consumed degradation of some of the apps’ services is possible.
In order to avoid unexpected charges, it is recommended to keep all the applications up to date. Not updated applications may consume the main Internet package, and some services of the applications may be used partially.
