The service activation fee is AMD 20. It is charged if the service is successfully activated, irrespective of reaching negative account balance.
The service can be used within 30 days after its activation. For example, if you are already using the “Recharge+” service, you have AMD 800 accumulated debt and you have recharged your account balance for AMD 1000, the balance on your account
will become AMD 200, whereas the “Recharge+” service will remain active and you will be able to use it again until the expiry of the service activity period.
Send *221*0#, if you want to manage the negative balance on your account and deactivate the service before the expiry of the 30-day period.
The amount for the services consumed during the “Recharge+” service validity period, as well as the service activation fee shall be paid after the service activity period has ended or the service has been deactivated, within 60 days starting from the service activation. Otherwise the service will be blocked for the subscriber for 90 days.

* If “Recharge+” service is active and the negative balance is sufficient at the moment of expiration of tariff plan validity period, the activation fee will be charged, and packages will be automatically prolonged. If “Recharge+” is activated when tariff plan is inactive, the subscriber needs to dial reactivation command (*161*4# for Viva tariff plans and *208*4# for XYZ, START and UNLIM tariff plans) to reactivate the tariff plan, otherwise packages will not be automatically prolonged. The packages of services within the tariff plan are considered as activated only after the subscriber receives a notifying SMS.
•The service activation is not available in case of having a negative account balance.
•Change of phone number subscriber is not possible during the service validity period.
•The service is not available after the expiration of the validity period of the card.
•The service is available for prepaid subscribers, who have been using Viva-MTS services for more than 6 months.
•In case of having a debt over 100 AMD, the automatic termination process after validity period expiry is stopped.
•In case the subscriber has not fully paid the debt for the “Recharge+” service, the operator reserves the right to use the positive balance of the subscriber’s other numbers to settle the expired debt.
•In case the subscriber has not fully paid off the debt for the “Recharge+” service and the phone number has been terminated due to porting into a network of a different mobile operator, the subscriber has to pay off the overdue debt
solely in the service center of Viva-MTS.
•The service “Recharge+” is available in the case the RA Public Service Number of the subscriber is available in the Viva-MTS subscriber database. In case of the absence of the subscriber’s Public Service Number, the subscriber shall approach the nearest Viva-MTS service center to update/provide the required information.
