The acting limits are applicable only to the unbilled amount of the current month.
The monthly limits cannot be used by the subscriber as a tool for controlling the usage or outstanding debt.
The manner, in which these rules are applied, is determined at Viva-MTS’s sole discretion. Upon subscriber’s request, as well as based upon Viva-MTS’s own initiative and at its discretion, the monthly credit limit can be revised, taking into account the availability of the means securing the fulfillment of obligations (e.g. deposit, bank guarantee, etc.) or other information on the subscriber credibility (e.g. income statement, credit rating, etc.).
Viva-MTS is entitled to suspend the outgoing calls, SMSs, and Internet access without prior notice in case the monthly limits are exceeded. In case subscriber’s line is suspended due to a late payment, Viva-MTS may demand from the subscriber to provide additional security in order to recover the services.
In case of activated roaming service the monthly limit is not applied: the bill may exceed the limits of usage set for the subscriber.
