This service allows subscribers to have details on outgoing calls and other services including date, time and cost.
VivaCell-MTS customers can receive detailed bills:
•at VivaCell-MTS service centers •through the "Internet Assistant" portal •by courier service (only for corporate clients)
In case of receiving a detailed bill at service centers, for prepaid subscribers the service is free of charge, and for postpaid subscribers - 100 AMD/month (including VAT).
Through the "Internet Assistant" portal prepaid and postpaid subscribers have an opportunity to get a detailed bill for the last 3 months. The maximum period of a detailed bill provided per one request is 1 month. In case of receiving a detailed bill via the "Internet Assistant" portal the service is AMD 100 (including VAT).
For technical reasons the data on services consumed in roaming may be reflected in the detailed bill with delay or with zero value.
