Subscribers of main contract-based corporate packages, which pay the monthly fees for the whole package by a unified invoice, can get information on the detailed billing of all the phone numbers included in the package by activating the electronic invoice service.
To activate the service the authorized person of the corporate package needs to visit the nearest service center with the required documents, fill in the application for subscription, and indicate the phone number for which the service will be activated.
After activating the electronic invoice service for the appropriate phone number of the package the authorized person needs to register at “Internet Assistant” portal by sending the word “SMS” in a message to short number 111. Soon the subscriber will get a response message with a password to access the portal.
The information on the portal is retained for the last 3 month period maximum. The service is free of charge.
The service is automatically deactivated after the termination of the phone number. The owner of the corporate package is responsible for informing Viva-MTS on any changes.
For technical reasons the data on services consumed in roaming may be reflected in the detailed bill with delay or with zero value.
