The "Help Me" service allows you to make a request to transfer funds to your prepaid account just by sending a free-of-charge SMS indicating the requested amount.
You can make "Help Me" requests even if you have a 0 balance on your account.
To make a "Help Me" request, just dial *124*recipient’s phone number*amount requested#.
For example: *124*093298888*500#
After the "Help Me" request has been sent the recipient receives a message informing them that you are asking for help recharging your account with the mentioned amount. In case the recipient agrees to help you, he/she can make the transfer of funds to your account through the "Poghancum" service.
The service is free-of-charge and available to all prepaid subscribers.
•You can send "Help Me" requests only to VivaCell-MTS prepaid subscribers. •Each subscriber can make up to 5 "Help Me" requests per day. •The requested amount should be a multiple of 100, from AMD 100 to 20000. •Subscribers can make or receive "Help Me" requests only when in the active state.
